The environmental policy was created to provide a framework for action and to define the overall intention, direction and philosophy for our organization with regards to environmental performance. This policy is to be used in making guidance decisions when other EMS documents fail to clearly communicate an overall path or direction. It is the intent of MIG to build an EMS system that is consistent with the environmental planning activities (including the setting of objectives and targets).
